What can I expect from my visit to World Of Barbie?
At World of Barbie, discover, explore, and revel in her lifestyle and many careers. Among the exciting and immersive activities, guests can:

Where is the experience located?
World of Barbie is located at Santa Monica Place, 395 Santa Monica Pl, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Santa Monica Place is an outdoor shopping mall in Santa Monica, California. The mall is located at the south end of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade shopping district, two blocks from the beach and Santa Monica Pier. The mall spans 3 levels. The anchor store is Nordstrom. World of Barbie is on the west side of the shopping mall, closest to 4th Street on Level 1. If you are approaching from inside Santa Monica Place, World of Barbie is located down the Allsaints & Paige Corridor off the central escalator plaza on Level 1
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition is held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
Once admitted into World of Barbie, you are welcome to stay as long as you like. We typically expect our guests to stay around 1 hour to ensure they get the full experience. Please note, once admitted, re-entry is not permitted.
Will there be strobe lights?
Theatrical lighting including disco balls are in effect in certain sections of World of Barbie.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No food or beverage is available at World Of Barbie. We also do not allow outside food or beverage into the venue.
Will merchandise be available on site for purchase?
Yes! World of Barbie has a gift shop open to the public, with something for every Barbie lover out there! You can even customize your own Barbie® wardrobe at our Barbie® Build It Experience!
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there is limited seating throughout the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms onsite.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
At World of Barbie, the safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. As such, we proudly comply with all local and state regulations, including:
Timed ticketing with limited availability within each time slot.
Enhanced cleaning procedures for all frequently touched surfaces, props, photo opportunities, etc.
Convenient hand sanitization areas positioned throughout the Experience.
Should I wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket and your photo ID, not necessary for the kids. We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.
Will there be Barbie or Ken at the experience for photo ops?
There is not a dedicated Barbie or Ken at the experience. You are the Barbie and Ken! This is your world!

Where can I get tickets?
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the front door.
What are the different ticket options?
We offer our guests several ticket options. Please visit the ticketing page to see the available options.
Does my baby need a ticket?
Infants with 12 months old or less are free to enter World of Barbie Experience.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 7 days before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Do you offer group discounts?
If you would like to book for a group, please

Can I have my private event at World of Barbie?

Are there any discounts available?
World Of Barbie Experience is happy to offer a 20% discount for active military, police, teachers and healthcare workers. Tickets can be purchased online and on-site. The user will need to show on-site a valid military or employee ID and do not need a prior reservation. Limit of four (4) discounted tickets per ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I leave and come back?
All ticket types, including Anytime, include a one-time entry into World of Barbie on the selected date and time. There is no re-entry.
What are the hours of Operations and what time does World of Barbie close?
Hours of operation may change daily, please refer to the ticketing page. World of Barbie will close 90 minutes after the last available ticket time.
ACCESS
Is there a minimum age requirement?
World of Barbie is an experience for all ages! Be it fun and engaging games and activities, one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, or walking down memory lane from your childhood, World of Barbie has something for everybody.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. Certain ticket types will offer complete flexibility of entry timing within a given day.
What happens if I arrive late?
As capacity guidelines continue to evolve in Santa Monica Place, we kindly request guests arrive as closely to their listed ticket time as possible. Early or late admittance cannot be guaranteed. In the event your arrival time may be affected, please reach out to

Can I bring my stroller?
Due to capacity and emergency evacuation rout restrictions, strollers are not allowed inside World of Barbie visit. Convenient stroller parking will be available outside of the main entrance. Additionally, please refrain from bringing any oversized bags, backpacks, diaper bags or carriers into World of Barbie.
Can I take pictures and videos?

Are wheelchairs available to rent?
As we are a traveling exhibit show we do not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.
Can I bring animals?
Service animals for special needs are permitted, but pets, unfortunately, are not.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
World of Barbie in Los Angeles is ADA accessible with a first-floor entrance, a wheelchair ramp into the show floor, and an elevator to access the second floor. Many of the World of Barbie interactive spaces are wheelchair accessible with the exception of some areas, including the Dreamhouse Slide and Ball Pit Pool which are not recommended for people with limited mobility.
Is there parking nearby? Do I have to pay for Parking?
The venue is located within Santa Monica Place that features a parking structure with ample Parking. World of Barbie does not validate any parking ticket and is not responsible for anything that happens outside the event.
The parking of the Santa Monica Place offers two parking places: Structure 7 and Structure 8 that operate 24 hours daily. The first 90 minutes are free. $2.00 for the next hour and between $2.00-3.00 for each additional 30 minutes. $20.00 daily maximum on weekdays and $25.00 daily maximum on weekends. The first two levels in all structures will be dedicated to 3 hour parking only. All-day parking is available on all upper levels.

Is parental supervision required?
Yes. We request all guests under the age of 18 to be accompanied through the experience by a parent or legal guardian.
What if adverse weather or similar emergencies prevent me from attending?
World of Barbie is working very closely with local authority in response to any sudden needs to close operations. In the event of site closure, our team will make every effort possible to contact you so you can plan accordingly. Please ensure your contact information on your order is up to date for expedited communication.
How will we handle Lost and Found? Should users go back to the experience? Who should they contact in these cases?

Are there clothes/Coat check available?
There is not a clothes/Coat check.
Can I bring professional equipment or have private photoshoots during the experience?
Large professional (photo or video) equipment is prohibited. The experience is general admission and we do not allow guests to hold private photo shoots within the experience. You may inquire or submit requests regarding media/social media/Influencer partnerships through

Is there a dress code at World of Barbie?
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. World of Barbie is a family-oriented environment and ensuring that World of Barbie is family-friendly is an important part of the experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.
Kilburn reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Attire that is not appropriate for World of Barbie —and which may result in refusal of admittance —includes but is not limited to: Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics; Excessively torn clothing Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.
Is there a bag policy?
Regular-sized bags and purses are welcome but oversized bags are not permitted inside World of Barbie. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Any bags left unattended inside World of Barbie will be removed by management.
